Feature specification defaults (de)

Feature specification defaults (FSDs) are a device used in Generalisierten Phrasenstrukturgrammatik to specify values for those features of a category which are not determined by any other module of the grammar (ID-rule, lexicon entry, feature instantiation principle, etc.).

FSD 7: [BAR 0] <math>\rightarrow</math> <math>\neg</math>[VFORM PAS] Die Merkmalsspezifikation [VFORM PAS] (verb form = passive Partizip) darf nicht einfach in einer lexikalischen Kategorie instantiiert werden; d.h. sie muss durch eine ID-Regel oder einen Lexikoneintrag lizensiert werden.

Comments

Ähnlich wie dieFeature cooccurrence restrictions, so können auch die meisten FSDs als Implikationen aufgefasst werden.
