Junction node

A junction node is one type of element in narrow relational network notation. At junction nodes, one-way lines converge. Connections to junction nodes can be excitatory or inhibitory. Activation comes from one or more lines on the plural side and may continue on the singular side. A special type of junction node is called the blocking element.
