Pronoun is the word category that undertakes the function of the substantive. So its meaning is variable and depends on the word which is replacing. Languages organize their pronouns into pronominal systems.
There are different kinds of pronouns: Personal Pronoun Resumptive Pronoun Anaphoric Pronoun Deictic Pronoun Pronoun of laziness Relative Pronoun
